Help

I'm in despair. I still get renunciation thoughts/urges in my head. I can't distinguish if they are from me or from the OCD. I can't even know if I believe in them or not. Please help

I desperately want God. I don't know if I've ever renounced Him.

Have you seen a counselor? I think with the thoughts and urges that you have you need a counselor. You can find a Christian counselor on newlife.com

Now, with that said, let me give you my uneducated opinion, because you are anguishing about these thoughts, they are DEFINITELY not from you. If they were from you, you'd be at peace after renouncing, etc..

But please understand that Bible is not against seeking medical help. St. Paul told Timothy to drink a little wine...

1. Tim. 5:23
No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach’s sake and your frequent infirmities.

Sometimes prayer helps, but sometimes we need medicine to get our fever, cough, stomach ache, etc... under control.

I'm sure your mind is more important than your stomach. So, I'd strongly recommend you see a godly counselor.
