I currently live in Maryland and I wish to move to Seattle. Honestly, I need to change my surroundings and get a fresh start, meet new people, and not feel confined by my family. So here's the thing: How in creation do I move to the west coast!?! I was wondering if anyone here has ever moved across the country or even moved to another state? I have my son to plan for (2 years old) and I have myself. I'm reapplying for school and I chose University of Seattle and 2 local area technical schools because I want to expand my resume. Someone help, please. How do I start this process?

You live in the most sophisticated country in the world so it's relatively easy.You should do some research on Seattle.Hey this is really great news.The Holy Spirit just told me that God wants you in Seattle.That means that God will help you.Just start praying and asking Him to help you find what you need;a good and safe place to live should be one of your highest priorities.But you can also ask Him to help you get into a school and a church of His choice.
Getting back to my worldly advice;with the internet and the public library,you can find out more than you even want to know about Seattle.You can even look up in a yellow page directory ads for churches.But housing is a big concern.This is terrific,the Holy Spirit is telling me God will find you a place to live.You really don't need my advice at all.But God works through humans so I'll tell you how I found the fully furnished apartment God picked out for me when I moved.I called some real estate agents on their toll-free lines.One of them was a gold mine of information.I then bought some large backing boxes and sent them through the mail to a cheap motel to the location the real estate recommended.Once I arrived at the motel I hit the newspaper "apartments for rent" ads.It was horrible,I couldn't find anything.For exercise I took a walk and on what I thought was a whim,I stopped in a real estate office.And there I met the man God has selected for me.He just happened to have a fully furnished apartment available that was almost perfect for me.You can expect a similar miracle.Don't worry God is with you on this.YOUR GOD SHALL SUPPLY.Boy are you ever lucky!God rarely helps people as much as He is going to help you.NOW STOP WORRYING AND JUST TRUST GOD.God really loves you.Start praising Him for his goodness.God thinks you are an extremely special person and He is going to provide for you.Now just keep the faith.God is making plans for you.Truly amazing!
