My mom goes in for surgery in about 7 hours to have the tumor removed from her pancreas. We were just at catalina island a few weeks ago, and everything bad has happened so suddenly. If its cancer, then hopefully it's small enough to be removed and not come back. Pancreatic cancer is probably the worst kind. What a shocker.

It is, but keep in mind Justice Ginsburg survived pancreatic cancer so it is not necessarily a death sentence.

Hi Michie. I left phoenix last night for LAX. I'm back home now, but will be returning to phoenix this weekend with the kids and my wife, so they can see my mom.

A friend of mine advised me to watch the documentary The Truth About Cancer, which was produced by a scientist who supposedly has a 100% success rate for beating pancreatic cancer. So I should probably look into that too.

I tend to agree with you, but my friend swears that his mom had breast cancer and beat it using the methods on the documentary. He's always talked about his moms success, so naturally, he was the first person I called.
