help please!Worried about disease

I few months ago i noticed some bumps on my scrotum. They turned white after I put acetic acid on them so I was worried that they were warts, I tried to show them to a doctor but they went away after about a week and half and it takes a while to get a doctor out here. I managed to pop one of them and ...Iguess watery blood came out, but I don't know what to think. I've only ever had brief oral contact and only once. My doctor didn't tell me much, can anyone help/ give me advice? this keeps my up at night and i can't work during the day, I find myself so stressed out from this sometimes I vomit. Any help would be appreciated...I'm a male so I can't be tested....help

If they are very small bumps (smaller than 1mm) then it's nothing to worry about. But if it looks diseased when you haven't poured acetic acid all over it, then you probably do have a problem.

I'm certainly no expert on the male anatomy, but it doesn't sound like either warts (which you can't pop) or herpes, which hurts and itches. Could it have been a zit or blocked pore of some kind? These can happen on the genitals.
