help me, i need advice

ok, i need some advice, i was involved in a car wreck one year ago, it was not my fault but since there were no witnessess the labeled it my fault. my girlfriend was with me in the car when it happend, now, my insurance is fighting for me and deffending me on the matter that i am getting sued by the other vehicle who crashed into me. i have full coverege on my car but my insurance sopposedly has not payed the medical bills of my girlfriend, which i feel is because my insurance is fighting to keep me innocent, my girlfriend told me that she was going to sue my insurance for not paying her medical bills. i believed her and just yesterday i got a letter stating that i have to go to court because she is suing me for medical bills, mental anguish, physical disfigurement, ect.....

i am still going out with this woman but i do not know what to do. i need some advice pleaase and some my mom feels really bad cause my girfriend is suing me, my girl had told me she was suing my insurance for medical bills, no for all this.. i really dont know what to do.

Talk to you insurance company and find out what they plan to do
Why isn t chicky babe suing them ?

if she is suing you i agree that you should dump her. if she is suing your insurance co, i can kind of see why-she has to have a way to pay the bills-maybe you should try to talk to her and see if she will consider something less drastic??

Follow Didymus's advice to contact your insurance coompant and find out what they intend to do. Let them know that you are being sued.
If you lose the suit your insurance company could be responsible for the cost of your girlfriends medical bills.

Kat is right if she is suing you, that is a problem. However, if she is suing your insurance company, that is fine especially sinc you mentioned that they have put off paying her medical bills.

erm, if she is suing you, yes please dump her as she obviously doesn't love you..
but read the letter carefully, make sure you've not misread it. and then i think most importantly, talk to her!! and if she is not talking, talk to her lawyer (she must have one if she's taking you to court, right?).
firstly you need to make sure that it's the truth, before you go making a rash decission!

Here's an honest question.... Is her suit justified?  hopefully she's not frivilously trying to milk your insurance for money.. if that's the case, you know what to do.  If she's honestly messed up from the wreck, I would expect the insurance company to take the loss on this.  They will likely drop you from their policy, but if it gets your girlfriend the help she needs, it's worth it.  I hope she's not being lame though

thanks, i recently found out that her medical bills were partially paid, but around 6 thousand wasnt, i talked to the lawyer my insurance issued me and he says that in case like this people sue for around 50 thousand, my family hates my girlfriend and im caought in the middle of this and am feeling terrible, i am going to talk to the lawyer today, if i find out that she is suing for some redicoilus amount of money i am going to leave her. please e-main me with any suggestion, its beanbag boy 1982 @ prodigy . net i would really appreciate it.

Car accidents are not pleasant especially when it's not your fault. In such circumstances, prayer and study is a must. Don't lose faith, for God WILL provide; concerning your girlfreind, I suggest that you pray about before doing anything hasty; remember to seek God first before anything else.
