I just found this sight by accident but i would loike some help in loosing weight. I walk some and exercise some but i still eat to much.

I'm not an expert to give advice in weightloss, cannot get my weight to disappear either but I suppose that e.g. fitness and health forum could be the place for you to start a thread about this question.
