My, this is a big place. I don't think I've ever seen a forum as big as this one before.

My name is Celeste, but I'm fine with that, or Mary or MC - any of them are ok.

I'm 33, I love cats, cooking, baking and gardening, but I mainly love learning, and wish to have a deeper understanding of this world and my place within it. I wish to deepen my personal faith, and thought that having fellowship with like-minded people would really help and encourage me.

So here I finally am (after spending time reading some of the topics for weeks before I joined).

A black girl and a black and white boy - both British shorthairs. I did look into a long haired species, but on reflection I wouldn't have been able to keep up with the grooming.

They do take a lot of grooming! and they moult everywhere. but they're so much fun and so loving a friend of mine's family breeds British Shorthairs, the babies are so cute!
