What health changes (if any) have you made or experienced since hitting your forties?
For me There was eyesight--I had never worn glasses in my life and now (seems like all of a sudden) I have to have them to read at least.
There also seems to be a slowing down of my metabolism. Less energy, takes longer for my coffee to kick in and longer to digest food.
I also seem to be becoming a little dyslexic. I used to be a perfect typist now I type backwards and invert phone numbers more often--I see them correctly but write/type them incorrectly.
Anyone else?
