These clowns try to physically block people from accessing Planned Parenthood and similar providers of abortion services. When they're legally prevented from doing that, they harass staff and volunteers, as well as people trying to access or leave these clinics.

Also, having a look at Houck's group's website and yuuuuck. Its like the MGTOW/manosphere crowd got together with the 'traditional' Catholicism crowd and made a hate baby.

If this document circulating online is authentic, the victim sought medical attention a few days after the incident which involved his right hand, arm, and hip.

When I got mugged the ambulance took me directly to the hospital. Same for the car accident. Waiting around for a few days doesn’t smell serious. Another poster in this thread made it sound like this guy was admitted to hospital. Meaning substantial injuries. This is underwhelming if your document is valid.

A grand jury weighed the evidence and decided there was enough to indict him. He wouldn't have been arrested if they didn't feel like they had enough evidence to convict.

physical obstruction, intentionally injures,intimidates or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person because that person is or has been, or in order to intimidate such person or any other person or any class of persons from, obtaining or providing reproductive health services;

18 U.S. Code § 248 - Freedom of access to clinic entrances

The *penalty* can vary on second offense and for bodily injury.

I think you can take claims regarding the arrest with a large grain of salt come this fine upstanding family. So what is Hawley going to argue, the man shouldn't have been arrested. I mean if the GOP's new passion is going to be excessive force used by law enforcement, then welcome to Black Lives Matter Josh. They would love to have you onboard.
