I've seen it. Not at all believable, but good for those who can stretch their imagination some. The special effects are worth it if nothing else. The part I found to be the worst was definitely the wolves... they could have done much better.

I could not get into it. I think it was silly. I about died laughing when they were running from the "freeze". It was creeping across toward them like an abominable monster, but if they could stay one step ahead of it, then they were fine. It almost got them, but luckily a couple more books on that little pathetic fire, and the "freeze" backed off. hehe :D

Apparently, the book says that, given the right catalyst(s), all that could happen in months?

Obviously, the film crunched it all into days, for a bit of a laff..;)

It's far-fetched. Can't happen... unless God bids it.

I would rather see a movie based on Revelations - Now THAT would be spectacular. Or more reasonably, a remake of the Ten Commandments, Samson and Delilah and a movie on Elijah.

However the 'Day After...' movie was cheesy to say the least. The story non- existant, special effects not bad and the plot wasnt bad either. :sorry:
