CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Quite a few. There's a great Contemporary Christian radio station in our state and they bring lots of artists here for concerts. My youth group leaders are really good about arranging trips to the concerts and my parents are pretty good sports about driving me and a few friends to concerts that the youth group doesn't go to. I've only seen Christian artists though. But that's who I like to listen to.

not tent camping, but i've been camping in a very remote canadian area. there were a lot of bugs, but it was beautiful. the wildlife was amazing. hye seen a grizzly bear in the wild?

Nope. They don't live in my part of the country. But I've seen quite a few black bears. (They're not as aggressive as grizzlies, but I still hate to come across them unexpectedly when I'm hiking! )
