Many may call this a conspiracy theory, but I say it's not a conspiracy 'theory' if it's true.

One study found roughly half of Americans believe at least one so called conspiracy theory and a good percent believe in even more than one.

It's not about tabloid headlines to sell newspapers.

Many things we were taught were fairy tales and Myths were to keep us from being terrified id it were really true.

Some say it is done for the 'greater good' but good for whom?

I found these quotes from rather famous people and it surprised me how this kind of thing dates back.

From 1956 ---- "The individual is handicapped, by coming face-to-face, with a conspiracy so monstrous, he cannot believe it exists. The American mind, simply has not come to a realization of the evil, which has been introduced into our midst,... It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a Philosophy, which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent."

This was said by FBI Director J.Edgar Hoover

From the CIA Director in 1981 William Casey

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."

I'm not sure I follow. Do you mean religious belief as a whole would be a kind of conspiracy?

Well it does have to do with faith in the sense that if you are a believer (general 'you') then you believe the Word of G-d that has been handed down to us is true and G-d is real and he sent his son etc....... We should compare things we are taught in the secular world with that , just as the Bereans searched the scriptures (at that time it was what is called today the 'Old Testament') to see if recent happenings were predicted in there to make sure what they were now being taught were true.

Look at how many religions there are in the world. If the Bible is true then all others are false but why are they in existence in the first place? because the Adversary had to come up with a way to pull humans away from the truth.

And sadly we have been raised to believe in certain secular people as if they spoke for G-d and spoke the truth. Why do we believe what Teachers teach us? Why do we believe in what politicians tell us and promise us? Why do we trust government agencies to have our best interests at heart? Why do we trust the news papers, channels, radio, TV, cable, internet?

Scrutinize / investigate all knowledge without exceptions. Nothing is truth until proven beyond reasonable doubt.

That's is my life's motto!

Wasn't the CIA founded by Nazis??

Post WW2, US intelligence agency recruited every Nazi intellgence officers (Nazi spies) they can find to help gather intelligence concerning Russia.

The Nazis passed down their espionage expertise to their American counterparts and to the agency which eventually became the CIA. These Nazi war criminals are actually well-treated, some even held prominent positions in the agency, compensated generously, and integrated very well to American life. Don't forget that former Nazi scientists ran NASA for decades!

Apparently, USA and allies and former Nazi officers (as distinguished from the post WW2 Germany) formed close collaborations to spy on Russia in this war they waged against Russia called the "Cold War".

Ironically, that was Hitler's original plan prior to WW2. Establish alliance with Britain to wage a war against Russia and in a way, it did happen through the NATO alliance + ex Nazi officers working closely with the US government! :DI

It was very ironic everything that Hitler ever wanted did happen. Alliance with the West, defeat of Russia and implementation of his "social programs" to all 1st world nations!

They were well-positioned and played their roles quite extremely well ;)

So you'll never know who really won WW2!

So you'll never know!
..and even older group, Jesuits, teach the CIA, FBI. Foe example, Fordham University is a private research university in New York City. Founded by the Catholic Diocese of New York in 1841, it is the oldest Catholic university in the northeastern United States, the third-oldest university in New York, and the only Jesuit university in New York City. Former C.I.A. Chief John Brennan Named Distinguished Fellow at Fordham’s Center on National Security.

“Most if not all spy services view universities as a prime recruiting ground,” says Chris Simmons, a former counterintelligence officer at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm. “People are most pliable in their late teens and early twenties, when they’re young and inexperienced. It’s easy for someone trained in the art of manipulation to steer them in a direction they’re already inclined, or help convince them it’s what they intended all along.”

Ever wonder why the FBI focus is not on the criminal Democrat behavior, to the point that they will lie, steal, kill, and work against finding out the truth about the political corruption on the left side?

The Lord spared me from that life! Wasn't easy but it was worth it!

Money is a very potent tool in manipulation.

I also have a degree in engineering. An innovator in certain fields of engineering and I can say even in science and engineering, a considerable portion of knowledge we hold as inerrant or absolute in those fields is false!

I tend to refrain from saying these things openly (but because I'm anonymous here....I can say them!) out of fear of losing my reputation.

I even reproduced these false assumptions in simulations and simply told my colleages it's a software "bug" or "defect" but it's actually the laws of physics falling apart! :D

So that's it! Don't be quick to believe anyone!! Even if that someone is holding several PhD's and very rich!! :D Man, when will you ever learn! Money is the tool of the devil!

I was sitting in a waiting area while my vehicle was being worked on. Other people in there started talking and one of the guys waiting in there used to be a local news reporter on TV. One of the people recognized him and asked him why he quit. He said that telling the truth and the whole story was important to him. They were not allowed to report certain things. The things they were allowed to report about had to be presented at a 5th grade level, so that they could keep a wider audience (ratings) and so advertisers wouldn't get offended or feel the news being broadcasted would weaken peoples motivation to buy products.

Will investing in to conspiracies incite more paranoia and chaos in society, or will it make us more convicted in following and spreading the truth as handed down by the word of God?

That's rhetorical; it depends on how much weight the theory really holds in my opinion. Don't spread anything that would harm a community in the long-run. We don't want them to despair in the clutches of evil we want them to rejoice in the truth, so be careful about the doubt you seed in people's minds, even if it's well-founded.

There is always hope, it is found in God. A society bent on rejecting God has a problem that waxes worse and worse. So a turn back to God is needed, one where God is included not driven out. However scripture says in the end times they will not endure sound doctrine.

What nobody seems to want to grasp onto is that the woes of the world, in fact our country is happening at the spiritual level, it's a spiritual battle. And the division seen is also spiritual. It may look physical as we live it but it's not. And yet today it has become fashionable to accept there is a spiritual element to life, as long as it doesn't include the bible or Jesus Christ, as soon as those two elements enter the game there is rejection and rebellion. But He said it would be like this. Enter Buddha, Kundahlini spirits,, mystical things, eastern cultural practices, yoga, mind melding, anything but the God of the bible and people today embrace it. So we take away bible teaching and the God of scripture from daily life, from public places. The people seek still some form of spiritualism and run straight to Satan without really knowing any better.

We are working on two full generations of non church goers, many never seeing the inside of a church, nor practicing anything of God . What do you expect ?

I don't waste my time in conspiracy theories.

But these two verses say that the world cannot be trusted about the Truth:

1 John 5:19
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

John 8:44
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

There's a way more verses in the Bible concerning the subject of the Truth or the world's lack of it.

So not many people really believe the Bible is true from the first word to the last. They accept the parts that do not go against secular beliefs especially in areas that touch on God and His creation.
Science has mostly pulled the christian away from trusting the Bible on giving the most accurate/truest description.

These areas are, evolution many christian now accept this as true. The age of the earth many christians believe the earth is millions/ billions of years old.

And the big one which most all christians believe, that God created a globe earth in and outer space(universe) moving around the sun etc... That belief is accepted by i would guess 99% of the christian population. When the Bible describes a completely different creation.

In reality just not many (even though they say they do) really believe every part of the Bible as literal truth especially in the area of God creation.

John 7:7
The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that its works are evil.

John 14:12
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

John 14:12
Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

The sort of mind that believes in conspiracy theories has one belief that interferes with its ability to judge reality objectively. The belief is that big events must be the result of big causes. Thus the conspiracy oriented mind has difficulty handling the idea that 3000 people could die at the hands of a few people with box cutters. Or that the rise of autism could simply be due to something as simple as an increase in our ability to identify it. Or that the preponderance of evil in the world is simply due to our sinful nature. The truth is, that little events sometimes have big consequences, and big events sometimes don't matter much. Real life is just messy.
