Seriously. Where am I wrong here? This is a topic in a forum I'm a member of.. so I'm free to add commentary.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

dude, the correction about the semantics and phraseology has already been made. It is not a good argument to continue to berate a point that has already been made, especially when changes have been made to fix the legitimate question about "Jesus as GOD" vs "Jesus IS GOD."

I mean seriously- this reminds me of the kids at universities that scream over a speaker because they can't deal with contrary viewpoints.

But the changes concerning the statement of the deity of Christ have already been made to one you can agree to, therefore so it is rather pointless to continue on with that particular objection.

Really, what issues related to conservative Christianity have I disagreed with you?
The only areas where i disagreed with you on were related to Anabaptist and Reformed beliefs. After all, you are all protestants.

You want to talk about Reformed doctrine, which is all you guys have done lately- of course we'll disagree.
Really- name on issue I've been liberal on.
Just one- one thing I haven't been conservative on.

You are telling us we are running away and hiding because we didn't want to debate a first draft of a proposal. What way am I treating you.
Maybe I am a bit suspicious at this momment, but quite frankly I think I am being pretty considerate, considering the things you have said!
