  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Project 2025 is the " written agenda" by the Heritage Foundation. Trump's cabinet and possibly both houses is the realization. It no longer needs to be spoken of, we are now going to be living it. You'll see.
Be blessed.
It’s all good. I have no fear at all.

Blessings

Project 2025 is no longer being spoken of. It’s not mentioned by our new president, his transition team, or the Talking Heads anymore. The propaganda have lost again.

We shall see on January 20th and the days thereafter.
Assuming the Trump's pick for the Office of Management and Budget is approved by the Senate, I predict we shall see a lot of Project 2025 policies implemented.

As you pointed out, 3 of the most liberal news organizations can't stop talking about it.

We don't control the liberal news media. They barely control themselves anymore. $15 million from ABC paid in a settlement to Trump proves it.

Ah yes. He only sexually assaulted the woman. It wasn't technically rape in NY. I guess that $15m will go to help pay the $83m. What a lucky break. Now if he could find another 5 people to sue he could come out in front!

Nope. The $15m has to go to Trump's library & museum, not to him personally. He'll have to find his defamation money elsewhere.

Something of a pyrrhic victory in winning a case by arguing 'Hey, I didn't technically rape her as per the legal definition within that state'.

Ah yes. Maybe Tom Wolfe will feature prominently in his library. He likes Tom. Despite not having actually read him. He seems to prefer to read that which has been ghost written for him.

'...it's unclear what Trump had appeared on Crossfire to discuss in the first place, but the interview could very well be the first time Trump was asked about his reading habits in a public forum. "I think Tom Wolfe is excellent," Trump said, when Buchanan asked about his favorite authors. Buchanan's follow-up question about "Vanity of the Bonfires" — a blooper he quickly corrected — prompted Trump to reply that he had not read the book.

From there, the exchange reads like a masterful satire. Braden asked what book Trump was reading at the time — response: "I'm reading my own book again because I think it's so fantastic." — and Buchanan pressed him to name "the best book you’ve read beside Art of the Deal."

"I really like Tom Wolfe last book [sic]," Trump replied. "And I think he’s a great author. He’s done a beautiful job —"

"Which book?" Buchanan asked.

Trump: "His current book."

Buchanan: "Bonfire of the Vanities."

Trump: "Yes, and the man has done a very, very good job.'

Courts rely on facts. Reporting that he raped someone when it is a fact that he didn't opened ABCNews up to a lawsuit, and it cost them. Now they're paying in other ways: ABC News to Cut 75 Staffers

That would be 'technically raped as per the criminal code in NY state'. I don't know about other guys, but if someone said 'I didn't rape your wife. I just used my hand' then it wouldn't really change my mind on how I'd like him punished (and it wouldn't be a financial punishment either).

Why cannot the liberals understand that reasons why 76 million Americans reject the verdict made in the civil lawsuit against Donald Trump regarding whether or not Trump did anything sexually wrong towards that woman?

They weren't on the jury. They didn't hear the evidence. They weren't asked. And you don't get to decide whether a person is guilty of something by asking everyone who voted for him. Most of them thought Mexico was going to build them a wall and that immigrants were eating pets. Personally I wouldn't trust some of them decide what to have for lunch.

On the contrary, the American voters were told all about the results of that trial. As for the rest of the stuff you posted here, I am not going to respond to what I think is off topic and really not worthy of a response at this time. Perhaps if you were an American voter, I would take the time to make a deeper, more detailed response. IMO, I believe it is clear that your own opinions about Trump and the American people are heavily influenced by your own sources of news, opinions, etc.

My opinions on Trump are based on...Trump. I don't need an opinion piece to tell me what I can see and read for myself. And my personal opinions on the American people are the result of many months travelling through your country and interacting with them on a daily basis.
