I'm guessing you butter and toast the bread, THEN add peanut butter? If I'm planning to toast the peanut butter, I don't butter the bread.

You should mix extra crunchy peanut butter, cocoa, and honey. I use crackers. A dollop on a cracker. A glass of milk.
