My wife and I are going to a Bed and Breakfast to celebrate our 40th anniversary this weekend.

Happy Sabbath, we wont congregate today as IRMA is intruding, but we still will worship on Gods Sabbath.

Yeah - I get that. A friend of mine got stranded by her airline in Sarasota and had to ride out the storm there. Since the electric and cell phone grids are down, I have not heard from her yet.

BTW, our friend rode out Irma in a top floor penthouse, and pretty much slept thru the whole thing. No damage at all.

Happy Sabbath, we got our electricity back on, our road is a mess, our roof is damaged and my house is a pool, but we are alive and ready to praise God for His many blessings.....

Pray for Puerto Rico, they are worse than you can imagine. We will have to go to find my wife aunt, and see if the rest of the family is ok as we have not been able to communicate with any of them.
