Noah built an altar: Genesis 8:20

And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

The sons of Ulam were skilled in what?

Nice, did you know that one or have to look into it?

Hey nobody answered.

1 Chronicles 8:40 40 The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons and grandsons, 150 of them. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.

Where Jesus speaks of the days of Noah?

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. ~Matthew 24:7

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man ~Luke 17:26

Where is it written what kind of father Lot was?

2 Peter 2:4-9

4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; 5 and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly lives thereafter; 7 and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men 8 (for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds), 9 then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment,

Is this it??

^ it boggles me mind that Lot is referred to as "righteous"...great verses to study, tho'

i was referring to Lot and his behavior towards his daughters.....
Gen. 19:8

This Chapter was, also, where we learn what kind of daughters Lot had. (Gen.19:30-38) Some will see this as a judgment against Lot for what he said in Verse 8, but the daughters explain their motive as thinking that Daddy was the last man left on Earth! They were convinced this was to remedy a desperate situation, but their ignorance simply directed this family to become enemies of the chosen people of God.

Where do we hear that it would be better to have never heard that the LORD would save us than to pretend we are interested in God's salvation, but will later turn from following the LORD, and return to living for ourselves?

Not bad, and is acceptable if you like. However, there is a very specific declaration in a passage that is avoided by many "Christians."

Where do we hear that it would be better to have never heard that the LORD would save us than to pretend we are interested in God's salvation, but will later turn from following the LORD, and return to living for ourselves?
