Gen. 19:8

This Chapter was, also, where we learn what kind of daughters Lot had. (Gen.19:30-38) Some will see this as a judgment against Lot for what he said in Verse 8, but the daughters explain their motive as thinking that Daddy was the last man left on Earth! They were convinced this was to remedy a desperate situation, but their ignorance simply directed this family to become enemies of the chosen people of God.

Yes, Gen 19:8. To "offer" his two daughters like that was despicable and an aberrant thing to do.....i cannot reconcile THAT and a man who would do such a thing, as "righteous".

Not bad, and is acceptable if you like. However, there is a very specific declaration in a passage that is avoided by many "Christians."
