The Lord has just opened my eyes to see the danger I've been through.
During the time when I just wanted to give up and I've been very discouraged, the Devil, which is a Big Liar, whispered very softly in my mind that God has something against me and He left me.

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. 1 Cor. 10:9

How did they tempt Christ?

And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, Is the LORD among us, or not? (Exodus 17:7)

Likewise, I was tempted to believe the Liar's lies: Is God still with me when all these things happen to me?
What a stupid question and dangerous situation!

I praise God because He opened my eyes and had mercy on me.

I have been tested like this...refined...LOl...am still in the furnace too...but you know...the Lord "led" His people in the wilderness...He was "right there".

He also showed up in Babylon with the 3 Hebrew Children.

The Lord gave me a strong message this week...at the time it was diffucult to receive...but I know His word is true no matter how I feel.

He is faithful and He simply will never leave us nor forsake us.

And He is greater than my heart...He is My Judge...

I love to meditate on what God's joy must look like...can you imagine Him rejoicing and singing over us? I can't even begin to picture it...

and then I think about His joy...His joy is our strength...can You imagine how POWERFUL His joy must be? Well He must be just bustin' at the seams with it, and His delight? Can you imagine that? Doesn't that just bring a joy, from somewhere deep inside, bubbling to one's surface? It's just irresistable, isn't it? Just like this baby's joy is irresistable, and brings a smile to our hearts and faces, God's joy has the same 'contagiousness' to it...

Don't you just wanna see Him smile?

God gives us all we need ....In His Word God has given us the tools we need to help us through each new day...He has given us "the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness"(Isaiah 61:3)...So, when you wake up in the morning, decide that no matter what happens, you wll not be depressed today....
Put on the garment of praise first thing in the morning....Listen to worshipful music, read the Word, and renew your thoughts to bring them into line with what God say you are.....righteous and blessed...You can think right, talk right, and act right all day, if you spend time with God before trials come your way.......
