I am but a young one
Caught up with the old
I might get discouraged
But I must be fearless and bold
My hair is still full of color
My eyes are filled with light
My smile is always there
And dispostion is sunny and bright
I have yet to have a relationship
Not to mention a drivers license
And my school attendance record
Has not one single abcense.
They can make me drink tea at four
With a porcelin teacup
They can force me to read J-14
And buy some brand new makeup
They can make me leave all my friends
And childish things behind
But if I have to sit with all the grown-up's
My vision will be confined.
So please do not restrain me
From the young one I can be
Please love me and accept
This young one as me.
