Einkhorn is a whole grain. I have some I’m eager to use. It isn’t refined. I’d use Einkhorn (or whole grain) specific recipes until I knew how it worked.

Join Andrew Bolton, the Wendy Yu Curator in Charge of The Costume Institute, on a tour of the exhibition, In America: A Lexicon of Fashion, part one of The Met’s two-part exploration of fashion in the United States. This first show establishes a modern vocabulary of American fashion based on its expressive qualities. The exhibition is on view in the Anna Wintour Costume Center through September 5, 2022.
