Feeling better today. Remembering my son who died seven years ago. His birthday would have been today. His wife rang to say she had taken some flowers in memory. God bless her, she has lost her mom, the funeral was today, and she is so brave.

Not a good night, not feeling too well.
I thank the Lord for my daughter who came and sorted out some problems this evening.
Nearly morning, I think I will go back to bed.

Goodnight and God bless everyone.
Last night, I felt so uncomfortable and knew it would take me a long time to get to sleep.
I sighed a quick prayer and asked God to help me sleep as I had to get up early in the morning.
Within moments I was fast asleep. A couple of hours later I woke up very briefly and the words of Psalms 127:2 come to mind "He gives rest to those He loves" and those words stayed with me all day today. They have uplifted me in spirit and have reminded me how good God is to us.
It is good to be reminded of His faithfulness.
