I went over to Norfolk to scatter Dad's ashes at Walsingham. From there, I spent some time on the coast at Titchwell (near Hunstanton) for a short break and then Kings Lynn.

My Dad's next door neighbours took me over there from their house. After we scattered the ashes, we had afternoon tea in the refectory. It was such an honour having them there. They had been so kind to him over the years - such wonderful neighbours. It was also nice to have a break alone at a B&B on the coast just to have some time to reflect and relax. The beach was amazing - so peaceful and isolated.
