Aerlinn's leg hurt, but she stayed standing. The Vargyr attacked again. Aerlinn ducked as it pounced. As it flew over her, she jabbed her sword up into the Vargyr, wounding it in the leg.

"It's all in the trigger finger," said Axel

Aerlinn turned to face the Vargyr. He growled and ran at her. Aerlinn swung both of her swords in all directions, slicing at the Vargyrs paws. Blood dripped down both of his front legs.

 

[Flames]

Ueyion rushed in and attacked the Vargyr with his daggers.

100 damage dealt.

"This is easy, almost TOO easy. Ah whatever," said Axel.

*Axel uses Lembas Bread, restoring some damage.
Axel is bruised.

* A green aura surrounds Axel.

*Axel uses Trigger Happy on Vargyr 2, 8 shots, 25 damage each, 200 damage total.

Vargyr 1:275
Vargyr 2 has been defeated, and disappears in a black aura.

OOC: UPDATE To RULES

Check out first post where the rules are under number 2. I've decided if one desires to play as 2 characters, it must be a seperate race and class as the first character. Gender doesn't matter.

There was one Vargyr left, but as Axel was about to attack it, he heard a gunshot, and it dropped dead instantly. Behind it was Uncle Clyde. "Axel, you need to know that certain things kill certain enemies quicker, such as silver against a vargyr. Yes, I used a silver bullet." Axel nodded. Turning to the man, Axel said, "Give it up, you're surrounded." The man looked at him as if insulted. "The day you catch Veil will be your last," said the man. Turning his back, he chanted something, and a dark rift opened up, in which Veil hopped inside. It quickly closed. Axel was startled. Recovering, he turned to Uncle Clyde. "We're going to have to get some rest. Too much excitement. But, could you hand me some of those Silver Bullets?" Axel asked. Uncle Clyde nodded, and handed him a pack. "Use 'em wisely," Clyde said. "Oh, and you might as well spend your last night here at home." Axel nodded. "Thanks a lot, guys. But, if that Veil guy is after the Dragon's Keys, then we have to stop him!!! Are you up for it?" He waited for everyone's reply.

INVENTORY:
Axel acquired a pack of 15 Silver Bullets.

New Abilities!

Axel: Hail of Bullets-Like Trigger Happy, only on 2 or more enemies.
Aerlinn: Slice and Dice-attack 4-8 times in one turn, causing damage each time.
Shar: Blizzard:Harness the element Ice. Damage:12 times current level.
Ueyion:Mug-attack and steal at the same time.

Aerlinn put her hand over the wound on her leg and turned around.
"You must either be important, or in alot of trouble if you had these kinds of animals attacking you." she said to Axel.

Clyde walked up to Axel, giving him the Dragon's Head key.

"Keep it safe," he said. Axel nodded. Axel turned to Aerlinn. "So, it seems you are the only one who will help me. I'm a Drifter now, so I'm free to go after that son of a gun. Where should we go from here though? I'm sure Shalon is safe now. Plus, wiht Uncle's silver bullets, he'll cut through any other lupines who decide to attack. Where do we go? I haven't been out much, in fact, I've never left the village, other than the forest."

"Lucky you." Aerlinn mumbled.
"I'm not exsactly sure where to go, either. Now, who are we chasing?" she asked.

 

[DudeForChrist]

"The man said he was Veil, but...I'm not familiar with that name. I know!! Let's go to the next town I've heard of, Loradia! How does that sound? Either way, though, we are going to rest at my house, to recuperate our strength."

"Alright...I guess." she said reluctantly.

With that, Axel and Aerlinn walked into the house, and rested.

*The party restores damage levels.

Axel woke up, much refreshed. He came out of his room and went to the guest room. He was surprised to find Aerlinn already awake, going over her weapons. "Hey," he said.

"Suilad." she said.
She wasn't sure if Axel spoke her peoples language, so she translated.
"It means, greetings." she said, not looking up from her swords.
She had cleaned and sharpened them both, and was ready to leave whenever Axel was.

 

[DudeForChrist]

"Oh," said Axel. "That's what that means. Anyway, I wanted to thank you for not treating me like some kid, although that's sort of what I am, being 15 or so. You're probably a thousand years, for all I know. Anyway, we should stop by the Item Shop and the Bazaar before going, since we may need something later... ya know? Better safe than sorry!!!"

Aerlinn nodded.
"That's been my motto for years and it's always worked." she said, standing.
Then she smiled.
"Oh, and by the way, I'm not thousands of years old. I'm only 18." she said.

"Ahh, I can never tell with the Elves. Oh well," said Axel. "Well, let's go!!! I know a place that's part Item Shop/ Bazaar."

Soon they were there. The sign said, "I&W, for all your traveler's needs."
They went inside. "Well, look around," he said to Aerlinn,"I'm gonna take care of the items. Oh, and if you see Fire Ammo, get it for me, okay?" Axel went to the store clerk.
