PSIt’s not a false accusation. If you keep reading the chapter, Ezekiel uses another sign for Israel by fusing to sticks together to show them that Israel will be one again. The resurrection was a sign that God’s promises would be fulfilled and God’s people need to have faith.
Revelation 20 borrows this motif because Satan, the Dragon from Rev 12, is the leader of the godless and blasphemous nations.
I have no problem believing in a literal resurrection. I just don’t think you are interpreting the chapter correctly.
I have. Several times. I would like to see you read Joel 2 and tell me who the northern horde is and why it is destroyed just before the Holy Spirit is poured out on Israel.
The day of the Lord mentioned in Joel 2 is the same day of the Lord in zech 14 when jerusalem.has been taken ,the houses ransacked and the women raped.
Zech 14
14 A day of the Lord is coming, Jerusalem, when your possessions will be plundered and divided up within your very walls.
2 I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city.
Gog does not take Jerusalem ransacking the houses and raping the women. This day of the Lord when Jesus comes takes place 1000 years before Gog and the nations outside the promised land get the idea to start something.
Notice all the nations From Egypt to Assyria are not with Gog,Ethiopia and Libya? There's a reason why they don't come against Israel.
Everyone from Assyria to Egypt will be holy during the 1000 years. It will be one kingdom.
Isaiah 19
23 In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
25 Whom the Lord of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance
One kingdom from the Euphrates to the Nile.
