God spoke to me for the first time!

Guidance which clearly came from the voice of God himself, not the bible.

Martin Luther:

Yes, God interrupts your own thoughts with His thoughts. To know if it is God or not, would depend on discerning if it is true. During prayer, next time pray what He just said to you. That's what I do, and the prayer is answered immediately.
