God Speaks through the Cat?

I love my cats, too. They are fantastic little companions. Both of them like to sit by or on me, at times. They meow in the morning to wake me up (feeding time, ya know!). I just adore these little rascals

I woke up today and Chloe my Ragdoll was standing on my chest with her but in my face. She had poop all over her butt. When you own longhaired cats this is one of the joys of owning one lol! Fortunately, my mother lives with me and this is a two person job. Chloe is strong so she doesn't like having to be still for too long while someone wipes and combs out here butt area. I don't think any cat likes that. So I have to hold Chloe in a position where my mother would use the Mikki comb and butt wipes for cats and clean out the area. Chloe was not comfortable at all and tried to break free. Though I noticed something about her today. She did the same thing to me that Electra used to do. Electra never bit me but she would gnaw on my arm in a love bite way without leaving a mark. Chloe also did this to me today. I feel very good about this because its a clear sign of a very loving and loyal cat. Had I done this with my Maine Coon my arm would be missing lol! So her butt area is clean but she still needs a bath. I know how to give her a bath but I think her first bath should be done at the groomers. I really don't want to give a cat a bath. Ragdolls don't care much for water to begin with. She also needs her butt area trimmed. Time to get out the Bravura to do some trimming.

LOL My kitty cats always know when it's time for their canned food. Hahaha. Cats can tell time. I keep dry food in their dish all day but they get canned food once a day. I love my little kitties too. How can any one NOT love cats?

Finding a canned cat food that both my cats love was not easy. I researched this topic online for a while and even then it wasn't easy. But I decided to try out Tiki Cat canned cat food because of all the good ratings it receives online. Now I laugh when its time to feed them canned cat food. I just say "Tiki Cat" and those words work like magic to their ears lol!! Especially Chloe, my Ragdoll. Her response to those words is just classic lol! Chloe learned the brand name and memorized it on day 1. Ragdolls love food that much lol!

Nothing wrong with shorthaired cats. The Domestic Shorthair, while not a pedigree, is the most popular cat in America. You can find a DSH in pet shops for reasonable price. Like Petsmart has kittens a lot of most of the time they are DSH cats. The most popular pedigree cat in America is the Ragdoll and for good reason. Most Ragdoll breeders hold to the gold standard. They breed for temperament and not just for looks. They are sweet and playful. That is why they are America's favorite pedigree cat. But they come with a high price. I paid $2300 for mine. Well, $1800 for kitten, $300 for delivery, and $200 for spayed. The problem when people pay less is that they get a kitten that comes with problems, like health, disposition and down the line. So many people prefer just to get a DSH kitten for far less than any pedigree kitten and DSHs can turn out to be some fine kitties. The reason why I love longhaired cats so much is because Electra was a Domestic Longhair. I wanted to find a kitten like Electra. Domestic Longhair cats are not so easy to find. So I got a Maine Coon and then 6 months later a Ragdoll.

Wow!! I never knew they were that expensive! My husband would have a fit if I spent that much on a kitty. Hahaha! He loves cats, but not that much! Hahaha! If I win the lottery I'll get a Ragdoll. The one in your profile pic is so cute!

Something else that happened- I was in my room at my parent's house praying again and the cat was in there with me but was feeling sick to my stomach, suddenly the cat came over and rubbed up against me and the power of God hit me and I was completely healed! God used the cat!

Here's my story. I was racked with pain walking through the house and everytime I asked God to help me the cat meowéd. I have no explanation. It was just strange.

Something that happened to me- Years ago when I was still living with my parents at their house I was in my room praying and the cat was sleeping on the bed behind me. I was praying when suddenly I felt a paw tap me on the shoulder. I turned around and the cat looked right at me and said a loud MEOW! I think God was trying to get my attention! God spoke to me through the cat! Maybe this is God's sense of humor?

My cat does that to me all the time. Cats do that very often.
