Does God die ? !!!!!!?

* Humans die without One single exception :
Psalm 89:48
What man is he that lives, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

* God died

Revelation 1:17-18
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for ever more, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

* God is the living God and steadfast forever

Daniel 6:26
I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and steadfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even to the end.

* God is from everlasting .. God shall not die

Habakkuk 1:12
Are you not from everlasting, O LORD my God, my Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, you have ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, you have established them for correction.

i need explanation "Does God die ?" putting in consideration this small simple important verse :

"I am the LORD, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of Jacob are not already destroyed.
Malachi 3:6

What are you asking? Does the bible mention the words God and die in the same verse? apparently so.

Does this mean that the God can die? No.

Does this mean the physically body of Christ was not subject to death? No because His body died.

Does that mean God the son died? No because He resurrected Himself on the third day.

Do you want bible verses to back all of this up?

Revelation 1:17-18 is talking about Jesus in very poetic language. Jesus did experience death burial and resurection.

That was Jesus. The Book of Revelations is often referred to as The Revelation of Jesus Christ.

first :
i noticed that you used the word "The God can", but the bible tells God is able to do anything and everything whatever, whenever, wherever, and however.
so we can't not limit God, saying God CAN die , because if God described himself he died then we have to believe of the death of God , but as a matter of fact God denied this "death" for himself that's why we deny it but we have to be accurate not to say God can not , because that description "can not" should not be used with God that he can do everything. notice also "God shall not die" because it's a fact it's not a matter of "he can or he can not" , cause God is not subjected to the ability or disability. this point is clear i guess .. next

second :
Does this mean the physically body of Christ was not subject to death? No because His body died.
Jesus is the image of God
Jesus is God in flesh
Jesus is incarnate God
Jesus is the word and the word is God

all of the above the bible prove ..
now i need you to
give me one single verse telling me that there is a difference between the physical nature and God nature of Jesus Christ ? !!
why when it's contradicted with your faith trying to make difference between Jesus and God inventing things like physical nature and God's nature ? ! because you said so .. i will condemn you from your own words .. you are requested to prove that Jesus has tow natures " God's Nature is separated from Physical Nature" from the bible.
if it's death by body only then prove it to me .. give me one single verse telling me that Jesus died by the body only ? !! putting in your consideration the one was talking in revelation was God himself because that was happened after crucifixion and after the rose up of Jesus so we have no doubt that the one was talking is God himself, Did he make difference between body and the soul ? ! God said i was dead without any specification .. finally you are requested to prove what u have mentioned above " God died by body only "
waiting ..

third :
Does that mean God the son died? No because He resurrected Himself on the third day.
really that was funny because you are denying what came verbally in the bible !!! The bible is telling you verbally God the first and the last was dead and you telling me No ? !!
i believe you or the holy bible ? ! No Comment !

Peace be with you

First i noticed you misunderstood the phrasing of my rhetorical question.

so we can't not limit God, saying God CAN die , because if God described himself he died then we have to believe of the death of God , but as a matter of fact God denied this "death" for himself that's why we deny it but we have to be accurate not to say God can not , because that description "can not" should not be used with God that he can do everything. notice also "God shall not die" because it's a fact it's not a matter of "he can or he can not" , cause God is not subjected to the ability or disability. this point is clear i guess .. next
Do you have any scripture to back up your assertion? or am I to "believe you?"

Jesus is the image of God

Jesus is God in the flesh, Jesus is God incarnate, Jesus is the word and the word is God. all of these statements point to God and wrapping Himself in the flesh. this does not mean the flesh is God. God is not flesh. God indwelt flesh. This is made apparent in the limitations Christ experienced as a man. He was subject to hunger, He felt pain, Fear, anxiety, He got thirsty, His knowledge and abilities were limited as a man. Do you need me to point out these passages in in the gospel or can you recognize them on your own from this point?

why when it's contradicted with your faith trying to make difference between Jesus and God inventing things like physical nature and God's nature ? ! because you said so ..
Not sure what you are saying/asking.

i will condemn you from your own words ..
:)
First i challenge you to untangle you own words first.

you are requested to prove that Jesus has tow natures " God's Nature is separated from Physical Nature" from the bible.
if it's death by body only then prove it to me .. give me one single verse telling me that Jesus died by the body only ?
1 Peter 3:18-19 states, "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit, through whom also he went and preached to the spirits in prison." The phrase, "by the Spirit," in verse 18 is exactly the same construction as the phrase, "in the flesh." So it seems best to relate the word "spirit" to the same realm as the word "flesh." The flesh and spirit are Christ's flesh and spirit. The words "made alive by (in) the spirit" point to the fact that Christ's sin-bearing and death brought about the separation of His human spirit from the Father (Matthew 27:46). The contrast is between flesh and spirit, as in Matthew 27:46 and Romans 1:3-4, and not between Christ's flesh and the Holy Spirit. When Christ's atonement for sin was completed, His spirit restored the fellowship which had been broken.

Try and write in simple phrase and terms, because i tend to get lost easily. That is why I am Not sure what you are asking or are waiting for.

third :

:) I am simply pointing out the perhaps that you do not have the understanding of The scripture, that you believe you or you mentors have.

i believe you or the holy bible ? ! No Comment !
Apparently Neither.

Peace be with you
And with you;)
