God will send another Divine agent, or "Teacher" as you termed it, but it will then be too late to be taught to one's profit by that Teacher then and there. Imagine a great Prince who, intending to enter and lay claim to an as yet unclaimed territory of His, first sends to the inhabitants of that territory, (our Earth,) a large and comprehensive document, (the Holy Bible,) laying out in plain language the intentions and terms of peace of this Prince. If the local inhabitants were to reject that document they would be, in essence, rejecting this forthcoming Prince, the Lord Jesus Christ, as well. We are not to wait for the second coming of this "Prince of Peace" in order to be taught by Him when His revealed will is staring us in the face in the form of the four gospels and the Apostolic epistles. We had better not delay until the heavens are torn asunder in flames before we will learn of this great and coming Prince.

The book of Revelations talks of two prophets that will come before the Day of the Lord. These prophets will be able to do great thinks but in the end the World will kill them and rejoice at their deaths.

Revelation 11
3 And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.”
4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. 6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire. 7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves. 10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.


I think it would be much better for one to accept the Messiah Jesus before these two start their ministery.

Dear GreggHearld, God did send many Prophets, and we killed them, then Jesus came, our Saviour and Teacher. When He comes again, it will be to fetch His Own home.The end times won`t be coming yet, but we don`t know when that will be, but Jesus told us to be watchful and ready. The Day of the Lord will be a great and dreadful Day, we have been taught by Jesus, we have God`s Word, the Bible, what else is there to learn? True. Only with instant global media communications can this prophecy come true.

Isn't it funny that in times past people would scoff at such a prophecy as being imposable and therefore declare the book of Revelation to be flawed...

Gee, there are hundreds of thousands of good teachers out there already. There are hundreds of thousands of people who are seeing visions, and hearing warnings, and hearing from God. He has placed his power and Spirit in each one of us.

If a powerful teacher came along claiming to be IT, I would take a bullet train in the other direction.

God will not send another Saviour but Jesus!
