Getting To Know Everyone

There are a few members I recognise and have an idea of what I think their personalities are, but I think it would be good to make friends. Maybe have a Christian chat thread/area going on. So I'm DeerGlow, Deer, or DG. I like to learn languages (like Italian, German, French, and Japanese), I am interested in painting/drawing, and I like to read and write fiction. My favourite singers are Huang Zi Tao (CPOP), KAITO (Japanese, vocaloid), and the band SHINee (kpop). Hm.... I like playing classic solitaire and used to like spider solitaire.... I can't think of much, but am excited to get started!

Hello! My name is Thaddeus Gamez, or you can call me Thad. I'm originally from Michigan, but moved to Colorado 3 years ago to follow a calling God placed on our families life. I love playing videos games, I love the Marvel universe, and I use to work out (drew a blank). I lived in Florida for one year because my uncle decided to visit, so I joined him, and then he liked it so much he stayed. Let just say that was a very interesting year, but it was because of that year there I met my wife I didn't meet her there, but I met her 2 weeks after I came back. I just redownloaded simcity buildit, I used to get so into this. It's kind of frustrating trying to build an environmentally clean city while also meeting the people's needs.

I'm Erin, a single female in my mid 30's. Have lived in Florida since the second grade, with a very brief stint in West Virginia in my 20's. Before that was North Carolina, which is still the prettiest state I've lived in. I have a 16 year old son, Gage, who is more precious to me than gold. Have a great relationship with my parents and consider them my best friends, and they actually live right across the street. Have a set of close friends who I value highly and try to get with weekly for outings. Have worked for over four years at a child welfare agency as an office worker - I've worked in various offices since I was 22. Have been a Christian since childhood, but was not raised in an actual church. Became a Methodist in my early 30's. Reading is my main hobby - active member on some reading websites and book groups, and also enjoy amateur web design, TV show marathons, rainy days, have a strange affinity for the moon, love the ocean (but not swimming in it!), and am easily distracted. Listening to music is a great love for me - my second besides books - and I try to listen to a wide variety. Have been on staff here at CF for over five years.

You seem to be very patient with me, although I think we have denominational differences sometimes. I want to help with your mortal sin comments but I don't know if I could really help. I would think you also seem very calm and self-controlled, like you don't get angry or overly emotional easily.

Haha, I feel ya. Sadly, I was one of those people who enjoy causing chaos. I loved building up my city, just to watch it burn...

Sorry, I meant The Sims. I've driven through Texas once, but I don't remember it, so I guess I can say I've never really been there. It's very wet right now because all those storms and what not.
