1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? How come newspaper wasn't a choice?
2. Real tree or Artificial? We're doing artificial right now.
3. When do you put up the tree? Dec 6th. (Its the day allot of people remember St. Nicholas on. The dude santa is named after.)
4. When do you take the tree down? whenever I get around to it. Mid-January-ish

2. Real tree or Artificial? Real (our artificial one hasn't been used for a few years)

3. When do you put up the tree? Usually right after Thanksgiving, although as a child I seem to remember it being the first week of December, after the Hanging of the Greens night service (which our church doesn't do anymore).

4. When do you take the tree down? I want to say around the 27th or 28th, although a couple of times it may have lasted through New Year's.

5. Egg nog or Hot Chocolate? Hot Chocolate. I hate egg nog.

6. Favorite gift received as a child? I have no idea.

7. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes, a few. My grandmother has scores of them, though, since she collects nativities.

8. Hardest person to buy for? Mom (I leave this to my sisters and dad to take care of)*

9. Easiest person to buy for? Dad, or youngest sister (left to others, although I probably wouldn't have a problem with it if I had to)*
*this is because those gifts are generally from all of us to each other, thus it's a group effort.

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? I don't do the cards, my mom does. Mail.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I don't keep track of this, either.

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Gremlins - that counts, right? Seriously, I'm more of a Christmas special person - Garfield, Muppets, Peanuts, Will Vinton's Claymation Christmas, etc. (although the Christmas - and Thanksgiving, for that matter - Garfield special hasn't gotten airtime for years, and neither has the Claymation Christmas special either; those camels singing We Three Kings is permanently ingrained in my memory). I don't, however, like the Rankin-Bass stuff that always seems to get played instead. I can tolerate a couple of them (Rudolph and maybe Frosty), but most of them I'd just as soon skip over.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Not that I know of.

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Cookies. Peanut butter chip, Andes mint, the good old frosted sugar cookies, etc.

24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Probably the cinnamon bread my mom makes, although we have that at Thanksgiving and Easter as well.
