I can't find a copy of the German Criminal Code in English. I know there is a law against sexual assault, but I think they have a much more limited concept of the term than in America.

I can translate the relevant passages if you want to, and give me a bit of time to find and translate them.

But it boils down to this, in germany, just making indecent remarks or groping someone is at most a misdemeanor.

This is not a good thing, and most likely, changes will be brought about in the near future.

I suspect you're right that the Code will be changed. I keep forgetting Germany is a civil law jurisdiction. I had thought that there was something in the Code about "insulting touches" but I couldn't find it Don't trouble yourself with the citation. It's just a damn shame. Wouldn't happen down here in Georgia, but we have the outrage defense which a lot of Europeans consider uncivilized.

I see the tune has gone from denying sexual harassment and assault by migrants exists to reluctantly admitting it exists and attempting to educate said migrants. It won't work. They think European culture is inferior. They are not there to assimilate.

In Norway immigrants are taught not to rape. Other countries are emulating them. NYT: "In Denmark, lawmakers are pushing to have such sex education included in mandatory language classes for refugees.
