Eh...well, its always gonna be up to the people having sex to apply the gel, or condom...but definitely, the more possible ways to stop the spread, the better. People have to take the initiative though....scientists can't put the condom on ya!

Actually, my first thought was that gay men would start slapping the stuff up their wahoos in order to avoid condom use. Sorry, don't mean to be crude. Call it what it is... in trying to prevent the spread of AIDS, all you are doing is trying to make it safe again for people to have more illicit sex.
