Now, I never would've guessed at that deeper meaning of the lambskin apron because I'm not versed in astrology, the Kabala, the occult, and Hinduism like Freemasons are in the higher degrees through Scottish Rite/York Rite, etc.

It's very simple really. The lambskin apron is representative of purity - in a similar way in which animals scarificed to YHWH (OT) had to be pure and umblished.

You are undoubtedly unaware of the deeper meanings because you have not joined the next level of club that teaches degrees 4 through 33.

... which really demonstrates ignorance. There are only certain degrees between the 4th and 33rd that are 'worked' - the 4th is not one of them.

You have admitted that you are a 3rd degree Freemason. You have to join a new club to go higher. The 3rd degree Freemason is the base level for the "higher degree" clubs.

....and again your ignorance is on display. There is no higher degree than the 3rd. But you would not understand as much. The impressive sounding 33rd D will be held by a 3rd D Mason.

Freemasons and the other orders which allow a Freemason to pursue higher degrees are seeking, not God, but the knowledge of God through alternate means than what God allows.

Yes - a bit like Bible study I guess.
