Are not all babies saved by Christ's sacrifice if they were to die?
However, when they grow up, they fall into sin (and are clearly not saved).
They need Jesus and His salvation again.
What changed between the time of when they were a baby and when they grew up?
Any view must pass the test of being aligned to the Truth of Christ's Words. He said of little children --When both parents are unbelievers, the children are not holy.

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
When both parents are unbelievers, the children are not holy.
Saint Paul told us:
Romans 2:6 God "will repay each one according to his deeds."
Romans 4:15
Romans 5:13
It's not possible God would cause young children that have died to suffer in the afterlife, the Day of Judgement, as they haven't knowledge of law. Instead, for those without Christ He will fairly repay real deeds done intentionally once a person has some way to know what is right and wrong, such as conscience (Romans 2:6-16).
Well, having repented in the past does not mean you can sin again and be in God's good graces. It doesn't work like that. If such were the case, then Matthew 5:22, Matthew 5:28-30, Matthew 6:15, and 1 John 3:15 would be gibberish non-sense or useless warnings.
I guess Paul's words are not enough for you then?Any view must pass the test of being aligned to the Truth of Christ's Words. He said of little children --
