FreeBSD 6.0

I used to be a huge fan of linux, but now that Ive installed FreeBSD, I dont think Ill be going back. But knowing about linux sure helped me out with knowing what everything meant in FreeBSD. This is an excellent Desktop system, it boots up so much faster than linux. Now, the only stuff I need to figure out is how to get sound working and the scrollwheel on my mouse....then its good as gold. I'd reccomend BSD to anyone with linux experience looking for a little more of a challenge....its definitely an overall better system IMO. Give it a try when you have a little extra time on your hands

I may try it out after a while. My system is set up for SuSE 9.3 and Windows XP Pro. Ive used Lots of different Linux Dristros.

You might have difficulty finding hardware drivers.
