That is why I think we need to have some POLL rules for these type of POLLS that will affect us all so dramatically. The fact that we don't is an oversight, which I hope we by an eventual POLL VOTE will rectify.

The bottom line is that you must honor the outcome of the vote. If it weighed in your favor to keep things as they are, and all of a sudden the Traditionals said we shouldn't count the poll, I don't think you would agree with them. You need to be honest about this, Daryl.

The best you can do when it is over is get the approval from all of the people that voted for a split to keep things as they are. If they are not willing to do this, then the forum will split.

It isn't me that will need to honour it, as Longhair said, it will be up to the Admin people to decide if such a slim majority warrants it, especially when the POLL was created in the heat of topics, posts, stc.

I don't think such conditions have been made for this vote. So to be fair he would have to go with the winning vote.

But right now there is another matter that needs to be addressed. And until it is resolved my vote in this poll will not count, as I am now removing it (by word of mouth).

Oh, it's spelled out. The problem is that it isn't fair, nor is it logically consistent with what most Traditional SDAs believe.
