Forum Category Flip

We're trialing a forum category flip - we've moved the Christian-only forums to the top, and moved the Open forums to the bottom half of the home page.

We want to see if this would attract more Christians to the Christian-only forums.

Let's see how it goes...

I don't like this. I liked it flipped the other way because I visit the All Members section more frequently and as well... It will be hard for new members to find the Support area, etc.

It will make it easier for new members of the site to find all the Christian areas.

I amit I'm not keen on the flip. It is like inviting someone to yuor house through the bedroom window. You want to invite non family members through the front garden which is a public space other wise they may be put off (dirty washig in the basket etc).

Perhaps we could have the index page in two columns- open on the left and Christian on the right? Sheep and Goats

I think I like this new format that suddenly appeared too! It'll take me a while to feel at home with it, but it's cool, it'll grow on me!

For those not too happy with the flip, you can actually collapse that section (CO) and basically "hide" all those forums. Look for the minus sign to the right of the header of the CO section.

It is an interesting concept. BUT... My 2¢ for what it is worth... :o Two columns, one for Christian on the right, and the regular threads on the left.
