There is never going to be a perfect side in politics. The writer of the article is clearly not Christian. His use of a swear word as the focus of his article is not something we as Christians would accept as morally acceptable for one. Also, he is writing from a worldly perspective and not a Christian one.

I don't vote, but if I were to do so, I would vote for the side that was more in line with protecting those laws that line up with Christian values. The democrat side has always been against certain core Christian values that is not morally acceptable. So the article white washes the importance of tribalism or sticking to a certain political party based on the greater good (because they are not a Christian in defense of certain values put forth in the Bible). While others may see imperfections or problems with our leader, I see God using our leader to keep the darkness at bay. I was happy when our leader had done this:

One response to this situation is to walk away and tune everything out. After all, it takes real effort to comb through the bull[crap], and most people have busy lives and limited bandwidth. Another reaction is to retreat into tribal allegiances. There’s Team Liberal and Team Conservative, and pretty much everyone knows which side they’re on. So you stick to the places that feed you the information you most want to hear.

There are fortunes made these days peddling fake news. Are people incapable of discerning reality or do they prefer to be deceived?
