...And science states it operates from observation. Funny How The Bible states where God placed the sun, moon and stars. This is in plain sight to anyone who can look up into the sky.

...So the question is how can an area of study (science) who state they base their work from observation, can not see this truth of God's creation.

How about you show the proper translation of the Greek word ouranos, if it is not sky or heaven.

Doesnt matter what the translation is. The earth is not flat and the Bible doesnt say it is flat! You interpret God's word incorrectly my friend.

You are welcome to show me any where in The Bible, where i am wrong. If youwamt to start with the word earth in The Bible, show me where it does not mean land or ground, in Genesis 1 and other areas of The Bible.

Or if you want to show me where in The Bible God placed the sun, moon and stars in outer space.

Words can, and often do, have multiple meanings. Do you deny this?

...That is true, but saying a word in The Bible means outer space because science says there is an outer space, is not a Biblical method of defining a word.

...If you are going to say there is a different meaning Biblically, that must be proved from Biblical context. Like salvation may carry more than just one meaning in The Bible and not always mean salvation to eternal life and from hell. It can also mean a physical salvation from harm, etc...

That's a good question. Their heliocentric programming is strong. But it is the same with the false theory of evolution. God created every creature after its own kind, yet many Christians believe in a sort of theistic evolutionism. What many heliocentrists fail to realize is that evolutionism could not have emerged in the absence of the pagan philosophies (including heliocentrism) that became popular during the (so-called) Enlightenment, philosophies that essentially captured the nineteenth century (and beyond) after the French Revolution.

Genesis 1:1 "heaven and earth" is a figure of speech (merism) a common feature of OT where two points stand for the whole, i.e. the universe.

Christian flat earthers use extremely bad interpretation of scripture to try and make thier beliefs true.

Saying something about a verse means nothing, prove from The Bible that what you are saying about Genesis 1:1 is actually true.

The problem with 95% of christianity/people now is that science has so effected people's Biblical readings, they can not even see science has done this. It has been so ingrained into the mind of people they are blind to the effect.

"Saying something about a verse means nothing"--there you have it, All talk of any verse means nothing.

Augustine wrote of how Christians like you bring discredit on the Gospel. wordpress.com/2020/03/31/augustine-on-genesis/

Since you can not show proof from The Bible to back up your claims about Genesis. May be you will show Augustine's proof from The Bible that supports your beliefs.

In your link, Augustine refers (and rightly so) to the "orbit of the stars" clearly upholding geocentrism. In his admonition, I believe he was referring to Christians under the spell of pagan heliocentrism.

The Pagans believed in geocentrism.

I assume you probably haven't heard of Ptolemy.

You'll probably, over time, learn that there are some posters on here that one should avoid trying to interact with. If, for no other reason, than to manage your own emotional health. Or, at least, to avoid pulling out all of your hair.
