Why only to the ice walls? Why not deep into Antarctica? Especially when nobody will be stopping them. Again the reality contradicts flat earth.

Because it's below the horizon, and not gone so far away that it can't be seen with the unaided eye but can be zoomed in again using magnification, which is the flat earth explanation. You can verify it for yourself, but of course you won't.

I agree. I live on the south coast of England. Looking out of my living room window, I can see the sea and the horizon, but I cannot see France. It's only about 120 miles away, and big enough to be seen at that distance, but even with a powerful telescope I would not be able to see it. Why? because it's below the horizon, which doesn't fit with the idea of the earth being a flat disc.

I agree. I live on the south coast of England. Looking out of my living room window, I can see the sea and the horizon, but I cannot see France. It's only about 120 miles away, and big enough to be seen at that distance, but even with a powerful telescope I would not be able to see it. Why? because it's below the horizon, which doesn't fit with the idea of the earth being a flat disc.

But you can see France from Dover without binoculars, which is 21 miles away.

That’s not saying anything. I can see an island which is over 20 miles away from my local beach, except I can’t see it all because its lower regions are below the horizon. And no amount of zoom will bring those lower regions into view either.

And living on the east coast of Ireland, I also can’t see Wales from my local beach and it’s only about 60 miles away.

Yes, this why God does not say the earth is flat. Reality contradicts such a notion & it makes God seem to be a liar. It’s amazing to me how Christians state such nonsense as a flat earth.
