Five Nights at Freddy's

Specifically mobile (shorter nights but more active animatronics). What are the strategies? China and bonnie make me too anxious to play listening for their breathing (we all know their screams are insanely loud and everything else is super quiet). What does the breathing sound like? How often should you check each door? For those who know the map, I know the furthest squares back flash them but what about the middle hallway squares (2C and B if my map formats right)? Flash or shut doors?
