Come on man, at least spell check your anti-christian trollish rant. It gives you more credibility, and there is a handy button for it at the bottom of the message box. Throw in a couple of capital letters while you're at it.

ill get to the science stuff my friend be patient
That's what the creationists tell us! Look at David Waffen telling us to be patient for his science that DNA is a lie. Or AllHailthePowerofJesusName's promise to give us a PRATT list for evolution!

LOL! Thank you for adding another datum supporting my hypothesis that militant atheism and creationism are the opposite sides of the same faith coin.

Anytime you want to give us the peer-reviewed scientific papers showing Yahweh (the Christian version of deity) doesn't exist will be a good time.

i have long pondered peoples addiction to creationism, it really boggles the mind to think that one lie told so many years and years ago could blow up this huge and infect the minds of so many... is it fear? i believe so. is it laziness? i believe so. my thoughts on the matter lead me to believe that people, in general, are afraid and lazy.
If you are really interested, I suggest you read Richard Berry's essay in Is God a Creationist? edited by Roland Frye. Or, if you want, I can post most of it here ... again!

its ok to be scared about when you die... for real it is. but why kid yourself with a kids bed time story about puffy clouds and people that fly?
Excuse me, but this isn't creationism. Please stick to the topic.

in stead of actually coming to realize that we all die, this is our time to shine this life is what you make of it, and if you spend your whole life worring about what happens when its over it will pass you by and youll be laying there dead, just another part of life's cycle... youll decompose and make way for a new blade of grass to lead a simple more fun filled life.
Nice of you to share your beliefs, but you really need to preface this with "I believe that ..."

back to the core. lets talk about the mother goose of all bedtime storied, thats right the bible. forget how i know this book is a bunch of lies made up by lonely, unappreciative, sexist, contridictory men with too much time on their hands, lets look at the conquest of christanity:
No, we can't forget how you "know". That's the whole point. Just how do you know the statements about deity are fiction.

the bible is filled with violence and trechory, but alas you think im talking about the bad guys, wrong im talking about moses and his followers and decendants. ... for years this is what christanity has stood for... MURDER RAPE AND DEATH along with brain washing.
Apples and oranges. Yes, the conquest of Canaan was done by force, with the ethics of the time, which are repugnant to us now. However, that does not mean that Christianity has stood for murder, rape, and death. This is the same faulty logic creationists use to try to smear evolution with the crimes of Social Darwinism. The smear campaign is invalid there and it is invalid here.

common christian belief: gays are sinners not true christians.
Define "common". Many Christians do not hold that gays are sinners and not "true" Christians. Remember, many denominations have gay ministers and the Episcopalians recently ordained an openly gay bishop!

-well then how about the first man ever "created"? your god took a rib from adam and formed himself a woman... so not only was adam gay, he was also an inbreeder. and if we all decended from him and his wife and kids then wouldnt we be all deformed?
1. The entire argument depends on taking Genesis 2-3 literally. Since most Christians don't, your points are moot.
2. Even taking the story as literal, your arguments are contradicted by science. That Adam was alone does not mean he was gay. Gay is determined by your alleles and we don't know if he had the gay alleles.
2. Studies on founder populations show that any two individuals have about 75% of the variation of the entire population! So you can forget your "inbreeding" problems. Those haven't been noted in evolutionary biology studies of founder (a breeding pair) events.

I never understood millitant atheists. See, most Christian people (especially the creationist ones) have a very nice life. I mean, they know where they will go to, how they should lead their lives, and if they have a belief that they stand behind for 100%, then who am I to disturb that way of life by saying stupid unasserted claims like "GOD DOES NOT EXSIST".

I don't care whether people believe that the moon is made out of cheese, and that green little men visit Earth every 38 hours, or that baby Jesus created the Earth in 3 minutes. Vice versa I expect that creatonists give me the same amount of respect. I expect them that they should not try to convert me, and let me lead my own life. I also expect them not to impose their beliefs on me in some other way (you're going to hell, ha ha).

What I do care about is when people make unasserted claims to a public audience. Especially when they to pass it off like it was scientifically investigated.

Sure... most people... in fact, the majority of believers do use religion as a positive influence in their lives. They are comforted by it, enlivened by it and they find wisdom in it.

That's no more stupid a claim than "GOD DOES EXIST". Both are beliefs. Only thing is... to many this one particular belief matters if it's true or not. And many fall back upon, "BECAUSE GOD SAYS SO!" when their beliefs are cornered. Have a discussion about homosexuality sometime...

Just because you can tell the difference between a fact and belief, don't expect everyone to have that ability.

Oh... you mean like, GOD EXISTS.

It's a quagmire.... I'll give you that. But an awfully well scripted one.

yes...

I said that it works both ways. So of course it's not a good claim to just rub God in my face when I don't want it. But in my personal expierence I don't mind that. What I do mind is the next point you adressed, and that are people who are lieing. And while some do it unintetionally, I do know a lot of other people who do it intetnionally.

Just because you can tell the difference between a fact and belief, don't expect everyone to have that ability.

Yes, but I don't mind that as much as saying stuff like Earth = 6000 years.

Wooow there Lucaspa... do you have any references to back that up? I thought the cause (or causes) of homosexual behavior was still up in the air.

I don't know why you all waste your time explaining this stuff to xanti-youx... It's clear that he or she had no intention of actually wanting to learn anything or hear responses to the argument, but only to incite things. People who have an open-mind and want to share knowledge do not start a post with "first post is gonna be a bombshell." It's obvious that he or she just wanted to make generalizations to get people mad. Kinda sad... vbmenu_register("postmenu_8006872", true);
