This morning I can honestly say I am fine. I'm much better than I have been the last few days. I got some terrific rest last night. Amazing what that will do. I hope you are doing well.

thanks colleen. im a big fan of the beach at night and love white sand. its so pretty. your bench does look comfy and welcoming. i could sit there and enjoy the scenery. :^)

So do I, taht is one thing I miss about living in Florida.
How is everyone today, I hope doing well.
It is a lovely day here, the sun is out and the temp is in the low 40's.

I'm fine. I'm happy to say I'm better today than I've been the last 3 or 4 days. Thanks for asking. I've been dying to share something with you guys hoping you'd all think it's funny. I thought the following was funny and apt considering the way I feel many days:

Dear God
So far today, I've done alright.
I haven't gossiped. I haven't lost my temper.
I haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent.
I'm very thankful for that.
But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed, and from then on,
I'm probably going to need a lot more help.
AMEN

I hope it puts a smile on your face; it puts a smile on mine. I got it from a clinic I went to. Little things like this make the day easier.

Thanks Gail. I find that my daily struggles with life are easier if I can see the funny side of things like this little prayer helps me do. My foibles are here so I might as well have a good time even when I'm struggling along.
