Thanks everyone for your prayers! I actually got 4 hours without waking up!!
To me that was wonderful. I did wake up off and on after that but that was ok.
But tonight I have to take the medicine so we will see what will happen.

it's interesting what you are saying about the Savella...
since that is what I am taking. But I don't take it at night.
my first pill is when I get up and last pill around 3...
I am so far pleased with it...It has given me more energy and I'm enjoying that!

Good News. I'm soo glad all our combined Loving prayers are helping...

re Savella: are you being titrated-Up, like this:
Day ....1: 12.5 mg once
Days 2-3: 25 mg/day (12.5 mg twice daily)
Days 4-7: 50 mg/day (25 mg twice daily)
After Day 7: 100 mg/day (50 mg twice daily) - that's what is usually done.

Hopefully you'll have no adverse reactions, & that soon you'll sleep like a log... &
AWAKEN daily *refreshed*, and rarin' to Go... vrooom, thar! she goes...

See, we who are good-healers... for ourselves, as well as
help other people self-heal, this is the power we use.
You would be Amazed how well it works too:

were you told you had (something chronic, & incurable? <--that was a suggestion, albeit harmful)

So, when I've worked with people & instead give them Helpful...Healing & Generative suggestions... they will follow... to the effect of changing...to the reality they want instead. - works like a charm, every time.

As far as ice-skating goes.....I skated for hours on end everyday.
I grew up in northern MN so as soon as the river froze we were skating! Loved it...
I could do some things, but never brave enough to jump, high!

High? - HIGH did you say. - never heard me say anything.
To date, the highest I jumped (so far) was near a foot above the ice, &
only on Bunny-hops, & sometimes Waltzjumps
(considering I'm still learning... to skate backwards, coaches r Amazed I jump that! high.)

MOST other adult-beginners are like: "jump???? not me!!,
my feet stay velcro'ed SECURely on this ice"

Not knowing its exact dimensions: a bit narrow, but other wise a pretty-good sized rink.

an Olympic sheet = 200L x 100w;
Local practice-rink = 200L x 85w (regulation-Hockey), evidently big enuf for wiffle-moi.

(embarassed to admit my last practice was 11-9-10); I miss it sooo much. -
and
EVERY other day I plan .....................to skate
(only to have another! nut mess it up.) sigh
