what's happened in there:
the 3 German-friends no longer visit CF, & Dory only lurks

Parsa (the physicist) quit coming, when i didn't Practice-enuf. So
that leaves MERLIN: she's a Healer & a LIFE-coach...so
she's buzzzy LOTS, & an outstanding friend

so (after you catch-up from beginning<-- good reads in there),
if you were to post...lots, then I'd have 1-2 buddies, and
I think/Know this support would help me... progress. THANKS!
Besides, it keeps my Skating-posts more contained...

the fact that i laugh LOTS continuously , & too I laugh AT myself daily -
if it weren't for all of these fine skills, & 3 dozen like these,
then I would no longer be alive. & that is the truth...

Odaat asked yesterday about my CF-game, that got
ignored I reposted, but WHERE is everybody
around 12-11-10, I started > "LOVE

i excercise 7 days a week and hit the gym 5

You HIT the gym is it still standing ~ um, what
kinds of exercises? - ok, see you in our Skate-group...

i excercise as much as possible. Zumba, swimming, spin classes, i use the strength training machines and weights, the treadmill, and excercise bike, do sit ups, push ups, squats, and pull ups. and walk
