It looks much better on paper than on the computer monitor, that's for sure.

It probably would have to be Ti who came out and said something... she probably hasn't been completely mute during the time she's stayed (oh, the occasional two or three words ) but she's never wanted to go within thirty kilometers (ha ) of the subject of the Zantukites.

Or I could have her go scouting off to figure out if there's any Zantukites around and land herself in heaps of trouble... but she wouldn't do anything quite that stupid.

I wasn't thinking that she would just blurt out her whole story out of the blue, maybe the seer will prompt her to say something specific by warning them about something, I dunno, I'm still thinking...

Well... my avatar is one LF did, Cyber. (It's Isliel... Ti's worst enemy! )

The Seer might have, um, 'seen' that Ti had something major going on inside her (her whole thing with the Zantukites), but also that she wasn't ready to go near the subject quite yet. Slightly unbalanced due to said issues, yes, but still well-intentioned. (If that made any sense! LOL) Now that a threat is imminent, though, that knowledge would actually come into play...

And off I go for more job searching fun and madness. Yay me.

Oh, yesh. Dragon Seer bio = cool.

Paladin44 has expressed interest in joining us, any ideas about how to bring the character in (apparently you all have worked together before.) I thought maybe you would have a better idea of ways to bring the character in....

Uhm... he never actually PMed me back with an answer, but I guess he's bringing Orrifice into the mountains for some reason or another... I was considering turning Lysander into a good guy eventually, though. And then having him die horribly as a traitor or something.

Anyway, my only caveat about having Orrifice come into the mountains is that he should've thoroughly lost Lysander... after all, if Lysander were immediately caught, things might end too quickly on that front. He needs to stick around long enough to cause some serious trouble.

Well, I do have an Elfwood gallery that has more of my stuff... you'll see my name plastered on the top, lol. *drops massive hint to Cyberwing and people to leave some constructive criticism* I'd appreciate some tips and whatnot so all my people don't end up looking like teenagers. Though I'm sure Bus would still find something to poke fun at because that's Bus for ya.

Hehehe... thanks for the comments! There's a bunch of colored sk'kirrim pics, though, that would probably give you a better idea on appearance... yeah, so they're speckled Elves.

Well, I was thinking something along the lines of this:
Harris knows Lysander, right? So, I think he may suspect/know he's a Zantukite. So, when Orrifice and Harris arrived in Correl, Harris was specifically looking for Lysander, when he couldn't find him, he somehow (not quite sure how) got information on Lysander going up into the Calkai mountains. So, Harris and Orrifice venture into the mountains in search of him, but end up getting pretty lost.

makes sense, Paladin.. but we can't have Harris and Orrifice getting rid of Lysander too soon since the cultists only just got there. *wait for VH with the idea on the prison*

I want to try to clarify the scene, where we are at. The FireMist Cavern is an inactive volcanic crater. The crater 'floor' being the landing area and cavern floor. The caves shoot off from this main 'cavern'. It appears like a cavern because the opening at the top to the outside world is so shrouded in mist and high above. Sunlight comes into the cavern from various old vents or 'holes' in the sides of the mountain and some light through the heavy mist above. None of the outside world would be visible unless one had climbed to one of the vent openings (which CAN be done for a few of them). The caves are honey-combed all through the mountain because of old lava flow tunnels.

Sounds spiffy. Sheesh, half the time I don't post how my characters do stuff... they just do it 'cause it's all for the story.

Anyhoo, as for the prison... I suppose Lysander could have some of his guys on that as well, but that's not really worth posting about... yet. (If I get bored, though, that attitude will change quickly. )

I like the idea that he got lost trying to find Xer and Soiren.... how about he actually ended up here at FireMist a week ahead of them...faster horse maybe?? Anyway, what if another small group of dwarves found him and have been nursing him through a nasty cold or something?? Ideas? suggestions?
