Does anybody know of a good, short, easy-to-read, unbiased book that gives a comprehensive survey of the nuts and bolts of feminist theory?

Meanwhile, a few questions for discussion here:

1.) Does feminist theory in general or any variation of feminist theory directly state or indirectly imply that the world would no doubt be better if women had all of the power and were making all of the decisions?

2.) Does feminist theory in general or any variation of feminist theory really assert that women are morally superior to men or is that a myth about feminist thought?

Yes, I know one. Problematically, I've lent it out to a friend of mine. I'll try to get the title, but I would guess any sociology textbook from the last 5 years would suit your needs.

Feminist theory, at it's core, doesn't address any of the issues you put forward (in my understanding of it). Those would be value statements, and the social sciences NEVER imply or assign value to a theory. There is NO WAY a feminist theorist would EVER get published if she drew conclusions implying those things. Many radical feminists may espouse these beliefs, but they are TOTALLY absent from any published, peer reviewed academic material.

Think of feminist theory as a branch of conflict theory. Marxist conflict theory focuses on describing social progression in terms of financial disparity as a motivator. Feminist theory is the same, but the motivator is sex.
