I think it's a fine way to get rid of a lot of people quick smart. Think about it... if you shoot them or gas them, you still have the problem of picking them up off the floor. This is very time and labour intensive.
With the guillotine, you can have a mechanism to tip the bodies into an already waiting coffin or a conveyor belt under the floor. (this is demonstrated in the YouTube in the OP). Plus you can harvest the organs if need be. Nice and clean.

Secondly, you've just come up with a random and pointless system for using a guillotine. Shooting people in the head and having a trap door underneath will also be able to make the process less labour intensive. Same for gassing people, you can easily adapt that method too. Guillotine makes no sense what so ever.

To be honest, I'm no expert in mass murder. I'm just going by what a number of people have witnessed. That there are guillotines around the US. Europe too. Have a look at the YouTube at the OP.

I used to know a guy who's father used to get foetuses delivered to his door. He was addicted to them apparently. His father ended up in prison but I met his mother. She was a beast!
