Oh I have FA! I took 2 months off about 6 mos. ago.

I find that if I spend more time in the blessings/game area, then I don't need the long sabaticals away from CF.
I need time away when I'm doing a majority of debate tho. I can't just keep debating like that without a time out to relax and smell the roses.
I finally learned that awhile back. I hope it's been a blessing to you sister!

well I've been trying to get some new threads going - stuff that isn't too controversial.. lol
I'm not seeking to start fights, just interest in posting here again...

hope we can invite others & maybe go dig up past threads that were good, or make new ones & get some interaction started somehow.

i'm glad to see ya back around~I spend most of my time over at mennodiscuss, it's a much quieter and less confrontational forum (though there are plenty of disagreements ) but I still keep a foot in here, hoping maybe it'll be like it was a couple years ago... (cue "Beautiful Dreamer" )

I understand.

Part of alot of people leaving was so many policy changes back and forth too. From Erwin's "vision" that basically pushed out our strong Christian base back to Lee who seems to have brought thing back some - now with the site update that's been going on, I think people just headed for greener pastures with less hasstle.

If they haven't come back since the earlier changes, they won't know that it's gotten alot better here than it was even when I first came 2 yrs ago. I actually like the way it is now as far as debating & guidelines.

I hope more come back eventually
