Feeling so bad

Right now i just feel so bad, i have a huge headache and just want to cry but the tears won't come. I don't wanna go back to uni, i just wanna stay here at home. I feel i can't cope any more. I don't even know if i want to or not.. please help..

It sounds as if you are really feeling overwhelmed at present. Can you work out why? Is it the pressure of work, or are there other things involved as well?

The headache and lack of tears could be due to extreme stress. It sounds as if you need some tlc; can you talk to your family about this, or your doctor? Perhaps you have fallen into the trap of working so hard that you have forgotten to take time to recover, and to recharge your batteries, and have burnt yourself out somewhat. This can be remedied, with some peace and quiet, and time to recover. Be nice to yourself; you deserve it.
